A heavy duty self-locking key locking insert, often referred to as a self-locking Keensert, is a type of threaded insert that combines the features of a standard Key Locking Insert (commonly known as a Keensert) with a self-locking mechanism. This combination makes it suitable for applications where both strong threads and resistance to vibrational loosening are required.
Naunau: In Carbon Steel – C1215 or equivalent ; In Stainless Steel – 303 or equivalent
Keys – 302 CRES or equivalent
Finish: Carbon Steel – Zinc Phosphate ; Stainless Steel – Passivated
Tolerances: ±.010 inch or ±.25 mm unless specified otherwise.
