2004:
– Xinhua Changling Machinery Factory is established.

2009:
– Capital increased; company name changed to Shenzhen Boerane Technology Co., Ltd.
– Successfully passed ISO9001 certification.

2012:
– Established stable cooperation with well-known enterprises.
– Export trade started to take shape.
– Became a qualified manufacturer for the Canton Fair in the domestic fastener industry.

2014:
– Company scale expanded.
– Independently developed efficient and stable production equipment.
– Products exported to Europe, America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and other countries.

2016:
– Global users of products increased to over 300.
– Over 40 independently developed equipment exported to the United States.
– Significant annual increase in output value.

2019:
– Successfully developed and mass-produced the tailless thread insert.
– Invested in a new factory, doubling the scale.
– Developed and added more advanced production equipment.

2020:
– Shifted primary R&D and sales focus to tailless thread insert and automatic installation.
– Goal: Mass-produce full range of tailless thread inserts; become leading enterprise in China.

2021:
– Awarded “National High-tech Enterprise Certificate” and “Science and Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprise” titles.
– Attained 16949 Quality Management System Certification.

2023:
– Expand the brand and internationalization; Global layout of agents, Serve the military industry enterprises.
